5 Delicious and Healthy Summer Juice Recipes
Summertime is juice time!
Fresh juices made from fruits and vegetables are not only delicious, but also incredibly healthy. With a juicer you can easily conjure up delicious creations that provide your body with important nutrients and strengthen your immune system.
Summer Juices
A classic summer juice is orange juice. Rich in vitamin C, it not only supports the immune system, but also ensures radiant skin and a good mood. A green juice made from spinach, cucumber and apple is also a great choice. This combination provides lots of antioxidants and helps detoxify your body.
For mental freshness, I recommend a juice made from berries such as raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. These fruits are rich in antioxidants that can support brain function and increase concentration.
So, grab your juicer and mix your personal favorite juices for a healthy and refreshing summer!
We introduce you to our best juicer recipes. All you need is a good slow juicer, which we can recommend here.

Preparing juicer recipes with a slow juicer
We recommend that you prepare our juicer recipes with a slow juicer. These are juicers that press the juice from leafy greens, vegetables and fruit in an extremely nutrient-friendly manner at just a few revolutions per minute. This prevents heat-sensitive vitamins or enzymes from being destroyed. In addition, the juicing process with a slow juicer guarantees maximum juice yield and taste.
